Company Policies 

All orders will be processed and shipped within 5 working days via USPS Priority Mail.  Faster shipping or different carrier delivery is available; please contact us if you need more options.

Returns of ordered items: in stock items returned will be accepted if they have been unused in the original packaging.  All returns must use prepaid shipping. 

Custom crotchet projects are not returnable without prior approval from Onagar, Inc.
